  1. 400g lamb mince
  2. 1 brown onion, grated
  3. 1/2 tsp arena cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp pitch cumin
  5. 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  6. 2 tbsp finely chopped lighthearted flat-leaf parsley leaves
  7. 4 wholemeal pita pockets, halved crossways
  8. 200g Greek Style Yoghurt
  9. 180g mixed salad leaves

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Line a baking tray in imitation of baking paper.
  2. swell mince, onion, cinnamon, cumin, breadcrumbs and parsley in a large bowl. Season later salt and pepper. Using 1 level tablespoon at a time, put on fusion into balls. Place around prepared tray.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cool completely.
