These lamb meatball and yoghurt pita pockets are a delicious and nutritious lunch box solution.
The ingredient of Lamb meatball and yoghurt pita pockets
- 400g lamb mince
- 1 brown onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp arena cinnamon
- 1 tsp pitch cumin
- 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped lighthearted flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 4 wholemeal pita pockets, halved crossways
- 200g Greek Style Yoghurt
- 180g mixed salad leaves
The instruction how to make Lamb meatball and yoghurt pita pockets
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Line a baking tray in imitation of baking paper.
- swell mince, onion, cinnamon, cumin, breadcrumbs and parsley in a large bowl. Season later salt and pepper. Using 1 level tablespoon at a time, put on fusion into balls. Place around prepared tray.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Cool completely.
- To assemble, fill pita breads once meatballs, yoghurt and salad leaves.
