A lamb burger and shoe-string fries make for a loud lunch or dinner combo.

The ingredient of Lamb & guacamole burgers

  1. 1kg shoestring superfries
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 2 tsp dried oregano
  5. 150g tub guacamole dip
  6. 4 (500g) lamb leg steaks
  7. 4 wholemeal round rolls
  8. 4 iceberg lettuce leaves

The instruction how to make Lamb & guacamole burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 200C or 180C fan. Arrange fries around a baking tray, cook according to packet directions. Meanwhile, place lamb steaks in a shallow dish. Pour more than oil, juice and grow oregano. slope to coat. Cook lamb in a medium frying pan more or less high for 1-2 mins each side until cooked to your liking.
  2. Split rolls and pinnacle the base of each subsequent to lettuce leaves and a lamb leg steak. Divide dip amongst each burger. Place lid of burger approximately side and benefits subsequently fries.
